My name is Robyn Drzewicki, and I am a sophomore at Tully Junior Senior High School. I have been seeing Mrs. Cameron for about three years, and she has drastically helped me become a better student and person. I started seeing her the summer before my eighth grade year to get a preview for the course algebra. I was coming out of seventh grade math, and I was about to take a high school course; I would have struggled greatly adjusting to what this course withholds if I did not have her help. I then continued seeing her my freshman year to receive help in geometry. Today, I now see her primarily for SAT and ACT prep. She has opened up my eyes to many new ways for approaching problems, and she has provided me with a plethora of opportunities for extra practice. Mrs. Cameron always encourages me to take harder courses and never lets me think that I cannot do something. Since I started seeing her, my confidence has increased greatly! I would recommend any student to see Mrs. Cameron, and I am very grateful for everything she has helped me achieve!
Scholar’s Ink tremendously helped me to prepare and study for my SATs. I had previously taken the SAT and ACT, so first, Kim reviewed all of my scores and answers to see what I needed the most work on. This allowed us to really focus on me and the skills I needed to improve the most. We also discussed what schools I wanted to apply to and the score ranges I would need to accomplish that goal, making it feel more personal. Studying with Scholar’s Ink made it easier to invest the time necessary to adequately prepare for the exam, while it was also more enjoyable and productive than studying on my own. Kim’s office is conveniently located in the center of Tully and she was flexible and worked the sessions around my busy schedule. By the time I finished the course, I completed 7 practice tests and learned many tips and test-taking strategies, making me feel better prepared and more confident. I scored almost 200 points higher than the first time I took the SAT, definitely improving my college application and my chances of being accepted into the college of my choice. Scholar’s Ink opened the door for more opportunities, and I would recommend it to anyone preparing for college entrance exams!”

Last October when I took my PSAT, I was far from satisfied with my results. Eager to be tutored, I stumbled upon Scholar’s Ink. With math being my lowest scoring section, it was something that Kim worked with me closely to improve. I am happy to say that after I took the SAT this past March, my score improved over 200 points, something I credit to my time spent at Scholar’s Ink. Because of this, I would highly recommend the services offered at Scholar’s Ink for other high school students too.
